The owners were friendly and helpful. They assisted with our bags both on arrival and departure, what a treat. our room was themed and i found it quirky! the location was great, close to the north pier.
The television remote needed some attention. It was held together with tape.

The hotel offers secure parking beside the building. This provided considerable peace of mind throughout our stay. i noticed an extra duvet provided in the room. I found this very accommodating as i prefer to sleep with a window open.

The host was really kind and assisted us with carrying our luggage to our room. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. there was good communication before arriving. Made check-in smooth and efficient.

the hotel manager was so friendly, even helping with our bags upon arrival. it is a short walk to the north train station. i loved how clean and tidy the rooms were, the beds were comfy, and each room has its own bathroom.
i did notice the room was on the smaller side, though we were out all day, so it didn't matter much.

The manager was very friendly and helped with our bags upon arrival. The location is ideal. The hotel is also close to the seafront and north train station, a real plus for us.
The pillows felt somewhat thin, but I slept well anyway.

The hotel offers secure parking at the side, behind a locked gate. This is a great bonus. Coffee and tea making facilities are available in the room, as well as a heater for colder days. A hair dryer is in the room.
