The owners were friendly and helpful. They assisted with our bags both on arrival and departure, what a treat. our room was themed and i found it quirky! the location was great, close to the north pier.
The television remote needed some attention. It was held together with tape.

the hotel manager was so friendly, even helping with our bags upon arrival. it is a short walk to the north train station. i loved how clean and tidy the rooms were, the beds were comfy, and each room has its own bathroom.
i did notice the room was on the smaller side, though we were out all day, so it didn't matter much.

Great stay near the north pier

The manager was very friendly and helped with our bags upon arrival. The location is ideal. The hotel is also close to the seafront and north train station, a real plus for us.
The pillows felt somewhat thin, but I slept well anyway.
